A Bounty System - To get rid of random PK
If one are killed for no apperant reason, one should be able to put a bounty on the killer's head. Simple enough, except when someone wants to collect the bounty, there is no proof of the killer's death. P'raps when a player dies, their head can be collected for proof of their death. A stupid sugges...
