Imho, a golem should take dmg only from blunt weapons.
A better solution would be blunt weapons get a bonus.

1. I agree with fooser that not knowing anything could get frustrating. maybe a simpler system? the game could just automatically rank you as good or bad (maybe a few more terms than that but you get the idea) 2. I don't know anything about the teaching system, but I love the idea of gm's rewarding ...

We could also include thieving puppets (scarecrows) on which you train and can only reach a certain skill with that. They have like bells and such, so you know if you success or not etc. And fighters can train on each other... but I like the puppet thing best. very akward if someone caught you next...

the only problem i can see with the trading system we have now is the rot factor. I never understood why each item has a set lifetime. I can understand that if an item is on the the ground for X minutes it dissapears, but it doesnt make much sense to have that value replenished when it is picked up...
