How do I speak my Characters own language? e.g. how does a dwarf speak dwarver (what command)

Hello I Am Sir Fremnick. My Account Hasnt Been Accepted yet but when it does i plan to make a dwarven male blacksmith who is also a good fighter. If anybody Could 'Show me the ropes' so to speak? I also need a friend (Do they have friends list on illarion?)

My sister made an account and it got rejected very quickly. I Made an Account about 1 hour after and have been waiting for it for around 5 hours. im sure its no problem but just incase it is, can a mod/admin/GM please look into it? Thanks.
