Did you go from the old client to the new client, or have you tried the F12 key, sometimes its set to show no names when you log on.

Rogan Silverbeard, after posting a note on the Varshikari message board, packed a bag of supplies, and headed off to the docks. There, Tyler Ardson and Nedekodo and Rogan all ended up getting on a ferry ship to take them to the mainland. Once landed, they all took ships in various directions.

Daggers can easily be slashed with. They have a blade that is charp down the edges. Unlike a Rapier, which the only useable part is the very tip, hence its only useable to pierce. search for Belgram's posted options. They work for just about everyone.

try to ask them in a in game way, like ask for a mentor in a certain craft skill if you need to know about it, ask a good fighter on fighting tips. etc...

Not sure if this happens to others or me, but I get two options in swords/daggers for short sword, and was just curious if there was any difference between the two. They appear right next to each other, same name, same graphic.

They just never translated smargad properly in the english version. Ever since I played, raw emeralds have been called raw smargads. Once cut though, i believe it changes the name.

Wow, and now I got screwed again by the changes. I figured with the item renamings for sheet of iron and iron ingots, the now named iron ingots were ingots. But I'm wrong. Sheets of iron, the old iron ingot is waht I need for blades, helms, and armors. A great waste of ore/coal for me.

So they did change it. Would have been nice to inform us of all these changes. Or unless we're expected to find out little things like "you have to learn the new way yourself now that its implemented and no warning was given".

Smithing, at least in Troll's Bane is not working. The furnace looks like its perma-on, but when I try to use my crucible, nothing happens. I do have everything in my belt that I need, 21 iron ore, 21 coal, a mould, and the pincers and crucible in my hands... Edit: I do now how to smith, unless the ...

there are actual silver coins

its 100 coppers = 1 silver coins.

Silver coins can be recieved from selling a large quantity of items to an npc, or thru buying and selling with players.

same with buy for 10 copper, sell for 1 silver (chain shirt) tho it says people making obscene amounts of money off of the npcs. I could make almost 20 chain shirts in 1 go with enough ingots, and if Sorgan bought at even half-price, thats 10 silvers right there...though with so many people having 4...

1) Arameh's prices aren't official, people use it as a guideline, but its still up to the buyer and seller to decide prices.

2)I try and base off the NPC prices and go from there, good quality is a little lower, bad quality is even lower

I use an Intel onboard video card. Make sure you're settings match the ones that Belgram has posted, as they seem to work for most people.
