I'm having a problem I had finally made my character done his attributes and i went to play the game, i got passed the black screen and then the game just closed up

Yea i got my account activated now, i went to create a character MoJo but it says it was rejected and use a lower case j so i sent another one with Mojo how long will it take them to answer ? cause i'm going on holiday

I'm just wondering how long it will take for them to read my account answers... I just can't wait to play this game
