Im getting the same problem. I just started playing today and the first time I logged on everything was fine, then later I tried to log on and I just got a purple screen, and everytime since that I've tried theres been the same problem.

I got the email with the questions and I answered all of them and sent it back(or at least I think).Its been about a week and a half or so and I'm wondering if it didn't get through or if the GMs are just too busy to send a response yet.
