I finally managed to create my character from the old pc and I did the account request without problems...

Hi to all!! I have a problem with the character creator. Once I have completed the character, and when I click on "Create" the program gets stuck. What could be the problem? should I try to download the client again? I hope you could understand me. My english isn't very good... Thank you.
