There is a simpel reason behind the server crashes, its a simple pause for the players, so you can go pee and so on, just like a commercial in the tv ; ).

Quest's sind allerdings nichtnur Gm beschränkt, es gibt viele sehr gute Quests, die so auch von Spielern ausgegangen sind, hast du eine Idee für ein Quest, dann frag einfach einen Gm ob er dir hilft oder "zieh dein Ding alleine durch".

The npc in the rose castle doesn't react on "kaufe", just works with the english version or or maybe it doesn't work with scissors.

You know they seem to react on Kewords. So you don't need to use "I would like to buy xyz" its enough to say "buy xyz", but it sounds pretty dump so the best is to whisper it to them.

Aslong as i know the iceflame + a dieing char creates a crash.
What i don't know is, if the char must die by iceflame, move out of ice flame, move in iceflame, die and move out and so on and so on...just don't use them.
