I have a similar problem as well...when i log on i get a black screen where i should see my player(i am guessing) but i see the games frame and mouse...any sugestions? I have win98 and directX and my vid card is pretty well up to date...not sure of the name though :(...uumm...nivida I think...and my...

Well I Don't mean to offend you but I would call that a phase (Character Request Phase) but yeah I guess I get what your saying so thanks for that...but my question was when you are waiting for your account to be activated and you try and go check it by trying to log on with the client...and say you...

uumm yeah i guess so.... are u in this phase? if so what does it say when you try to log in?

When I recieved the e-mail about my character being accepted but not yet activated...when I go to the client and type in my char name and pass it says something like "Your account hasn't yet been accepted. You have to apply fir it via e-mail. check the website for details" should it say so...
