We have now finally recieved reparations from Fooser.

Fooser has failed to make any appeasement motion, and we thus ask that the state of exile be reinstated.

We ask the Court of Lyrenzia to temporarily revoke Fooser's exile, to allow new negociations to take place.

Fooser has refused to pay the fine he was asked, and has thus been deemed Exile.
