I think this is really out of period of the game. Furthermore the first precursors of "neckties" don't appear until the 17th century, let alone neckties or a "suit". There will be new, fancier clothing within the year (hopefully).

quite good scraped - quite good highly scraped after 5 trees/roughly 100-150 actions. Thats only one condition level though. My char is very good at lumberjacking, might effect that. Tell me about it, I just had my freaking mule stolen when mining, worse feeling in the game in my opinion. Are you sure it didn't just dissapear? Mules dissapear in like 5 min, a short time really. On stealing mules-I believe you can only take a mule if the owner is a certain distance from the mule.
