it seems as if you were attacked by a bandit. I didnt think there were anything but wolves in the woods, but there are bandits to the north. If it said human warrior above his head, or when you clicked on him, then yea it was an npc.

well firstly, just because your banned doesnt AT ALL mean that you've been beaten in anyway. In most cases, it means you've beaten some guards. And well.. yea.. the most dangerous criminal are "the most dangerous". This system will hinder them for sure, but i dont think it should stop them...

No way to overrun npc guards with force? Even if guards are around 24/7, they arent unstoppable.
