Looking for work
It seems with the disappearance of our army commander Azure Lynch and his relocation the Cadomyr, the army is no more. Sadly, I am now out of a job. So if anyone needs anything done around Galmair, please send me a note via carrier pigeon. I am quite handy with a blade as well as a pick.

Re: The Cadomyrian quake
After the events of the past few days, the man Guy Mitchell is no longer welcome to stay in Cadomyr as far as it concerns the fifth house. Having shown his true colors, I have decided that I will not stand in the way of anyone who wishes to persecute him. Should he regret his actions and words, and...

Re: Illarion skilling vs traditional rpg skilling
I'd like to point out a few things: Playing several characters and expecting to raise them all to a decent skill level, compared to focussing on one character, takes more time. Quite true [*]Raising many different skills "consumes" time one might want to use to focus on one skill Quite tru...

Re: Illarion skilling vs traditional rpg skilling
Mods or gms may as well close this topic, because as much as Estralias says they are open for proposals on changing the system, they aren't. Because everything so far has been "I'm right, you're wrong". I know how it feels though because I program as well. No programmer likes to feel his c...

Training partner wanted
Greetings, since the spider cave has become quite boring and about 80% of the map is blocked or locked up (like the dragon lair), there are no mid lvl dungeons yet, and everyone i ask in game says "not today or I need to rest" (Lol, hmm wonder why?) I am requesting a training partner. Requ...

Re: Illarion skilling vs traditional rpg skilling
I'm sorry but here's my 2 cents: I work 50-60h a week, 45k ytd. And when I get time to log in game, I shouldn't have to be "forced" to spend the 2-3hours i get after work at night to use a skill that won't gain me any skill points just to lower MC.. or wander around the map aimlessly to re...

Re: Illarion skilling vs traditional rpg skilling
It's immensely boring and it really makes no sense to me to be required to play a game but not be allowed to do anything. Perhaps I repeat myself: You do not need to have low MC to learn "fast" as in "skill per time". There seems to be a serious misunderstanding around how the s...

I will also take in many more of your recruits as shown by Isis now joining Galmair and the army. Ye slimy Lizards will soon see yer blood painting the sands ye have my word on that Old Friend. ~Brawndara Aside from trying to undermine the seriousness of his previous letter, he has now seemingly de...

Farewell Cadomyr
A small note is seen pinned to the board in clean neat handwriting; I wanted to say goodbye to Cadomyr and all those friends I have made here. Hopefully this will not be the last time we meet, because I have decided to move to Galmair in light of the new interests I have found within the town and it...
