There is also a bug where if you re-log without fully closing the client and launcher, the skill bars wont reflect skill gain correctly. You know that no sane application is using the FTP port for anything, right? TeamViewer uses port 80 (HTTP) and port 443 (HTTPS) for connections. That being said.
