Get rid of skilling then. Which makes.. every dungeon, monster etc. in the game redundant because there's no point training. Each dungeon would be like "Oh yeah, the high level fighters can go here. Noone else. And they never will be able to". And on day 1 you'd walk in fighting bone drag...
