I'll remember that next time I have a similar issue. I was under the impression that Mantis was for purely technical problems, though I suppose this case could be considered that. It would seem there's more I need to read about it!

Quest Issue: Halfling Thief in Sewers
One of the quests for Galmair requires killing a halfling thief in the sewers for Miggs, but the mob has spawned in a location which is impossible to reach in melee range - behind barrels in a corner. I am not sure if a bow can reach him, but I can't seem to even get a target to begin with. Any way ...
