Re: Slander against Zunnak'Mar
Honor to the Count, At the moment the shaman has left Cadomyr for solitude, prayer, and meditation, upon his return, Sir Kraex'Ju will insure a meeting between the shaman and the Third House so they may bear witness to both the faith and honor of Zunnak'Mar. On a personal note Sir Kraex'Ju feels sad...

Slander against Zunnak'Mar
In response to a false report: It shall be known, on the honor of Sir Kraex'Ju, Head Knight of the House of the Desert Fox, that the slanderous accusation brought before Count Ssar'ney of the Third House in regards to the shaman, Zunnak'Mar, is false. It is true, however, that Zunnak'Mar has recentl...

Re: Whose RP did you like today?
Yarbuul : Always consistent RP from this character, truly. I've had a lot of fun actually having someone to orcish RP with for the last several months. Zunnak : Never gotten to rp with a shaman before and I am very excited about this character and what will happen in the future. Grimghor : Finally ...

Re: Review of Chancellor System

Re: Review of Chancellor System
At its core the chancellor system is a solid player-based governmental system that stimulates player cooperation, responsibility, and purpose. While I am sure this topic is more geared toward Galmair specifically I have always believed that a form of this system should be imposed on all factions. Re...

Re: Expressions of interest - Orc Horde
Back on topic, Kraex will support/lead (if wanted) an orc group within Cadomyr. In fact, serious people can either PM me or I will try and be in the chat over the next several weeks. What I have in mind will not require skill grinding of any kind just good RPers.

Re: Havens within the Factions
As an outlaw, I cant enter any town. As a town member, you cant enter The Hemp Tie Inn. It is a refuge for those that dont fit elsewhere. So if you belong to any town, you can not enter. If you belong to no town , you can. The problem is the distribution of magical gems (unless Borgate finds the il...

Havens within the Factions
Overview : I believe it is time that there is an engine IG that facilitates and helps unite characters that would prefer to RP the shadier aspects of the game and lore. The gist of this proposal revolves around three fuctions: Questlines : Meant to separate characters from the typical faction RP bu...

Re: Magical gem system (Changes)
I have not made that assumption. There is a clear difference between POs that prefer to do what you describe and there are a lot that do, and POs that do like utilizing the engine and playing the more action side of this game. There is nothing wrong with either player, the game encourages both. What...

Re: Magical gem system (Changes)
Alyssa is right, my thoughts are that if the Gem System was not an endless rabbit hole and could just be a nice little bonus for us long term gamers. Once we are capped the wealth can be spread around more easily.

Re: Magical gem system (Changes)
Proposed changes (sub-points answer why): Lowering Max Gem Level High gem levels only cater to the elect few that grind it out. Warrior characters are forced to horde these gems and not trade them to keep from falling behind. 1-2 year IRL grind to get max gems should be sufficient to cater to older ...

Re: Magical gem system (Changes)
The magical gem system dramatically hurts the motivation of casual warrior gamers. Pre-VBU characters like Taylor Windslasher (Military PO), Arameh, Deuce, Dominic, Drathe, Talliss, Leon, Jorokar, Dain, etc... etc... could go months without touching the game but then feel that ole Illarion hankering...

Re: Magical gem system (Changes)
Magic gems need to go or be drastically changed, but the problem currently is that the magical gems keep players bound to factions. Until there is another method to achieve the same result I imagine they will stay. Guilds in the wild will not influence this decision IMO, in fact I think it will be o...

Re: Death but not Really (Questing)
Karrock I can tell you from experience that GMs have a lot on their plate. To create, coordinate, skill advance, equip, monitor, delete temporary characters for a questline is an involved process. I am again, not saying, that these characters 'have' to be bad guys, but it does afford the opportunity...

Re: Death but not Really (Questing)
The reason I am suggesting that they be marked as a different faction is to avoid throwing the tax/gem system off. I would not want these characters to have actual rank in a town, RP ties to a town (okay) but they 'HAVE' to be tied to a Questline. I am not really sure how that could be accomplished ...
