Tried searching for this feature in the latest interface that we have. In a nutshell:

1. You will need a quill, the bag in your character inventory.
2. Double click quill
3. Follow interface.

It was a video driver issue. As an additional step in troubleshooting, I have to get the driver from the OEM website.

It now works even after upgrading to Java 7. I hope no other problems come up after this.

Sorry for the long delay. Tried the link you have provided and still did not work. However, when I traveled to a different area and connection, it finally was able to download the files and worked. It could have been both an installation and connection issue.

It appears that I messed up my filing which caused this problem. I have two Illarion folders and the client seems to be updating the error log in Illarion2 folder. Best I give you both error logs and a screenshot for your reference. If needed, I am willing to have the folders / installation deleted ...
