Emoting while you skill changes nothing. Your MC goes down all the time when you're roleplaying OR skilling, it's just that it also goes up (at a higher rate than it's going down) when you're skilling.

If you want to join Caddy you can go join Runey or Galmair again, and then go into Cadomyr's census office and become a citizen immediately. You don't have to deregister from one place to be a citizen elsewhere, and Cadomyr won't allow outlaws in.

They were hosted exactly aligned with the regular playerbase spike, so the largest proportion of our playerbase could take part.
