Carpenters can already make pure wooden shields. Smiths can make metal (useful) shields. And of course, metal shields aren't made of metal. Mostly of wood but bound together with metal. Just like weaponry, carpenter makes one part, smith makes the other. Help high skilled carpenters. Interdependence...
