Yea I noticed that actually. Another possibility would be some specific "hazards", like there could be some tiles and objects that would slow you down in exactly the same way as forest floor currently does (and in a way that would make sense), for example: thick brambles, undergrowth, fall...

Also if you DESPERATELY want to keep people on the roads, then it should be not because the forest artificially slows your character, but because it's SO full of obstacles, mazes, and dead ends (like a real forest, duh), that it's not even worth your effort to TRY and walk through it. You'd have more atmosphere and meet far more people on the roads if Illarion was able to retain any new players, and this is one of the main reasons why it can't.

I'd also REALLY love to update that equipment "block".

Once paperdolling is implimented (another meme around here I guess? ;)), an update for that won't be far behind :) (as it would use the same graphical resources)

In hindsight I agree with you on those two actually :) it was all done on very little sleep tbh and it's just ideas at the moment - if anything does happen, it'll only be after some rigorous testing and stamps of approval all round.

Well, there are about 10 other different ways I found for the same tiles to be arranged that look "nice", so no need to worry there :) Personally I like the swastika as a symbol, and don't care much for any of it's more negative connotations - for me it's a symbol of the sun, and the etern...
