I am proud to announce that Squire Bregor Ayun of Gobaith today was knighted. From now on he is therefore known as Sir Bregor Ayun of Gobaith. Sir Bregor Ayun of Gobaith has now the big and important responsibility to lead and guide the knighthood together with the other knights in the duty of prote...

I have been told the Crimson Knights are inactive by a man who himself was Knight in that order - Dain Laiden. He also gave me the keys he had - three keys. I have not met any member of the Crimson Knights for a very long time except Dain Laiden and as far as I know Dain Laiden do not think the guil...

Well if that mean anything - i like the bard chars. Think they make the world more alive for sure. And I can see the poetry in that style for sure. My char like it as well. And even if POs don't like the bards and so on, why not play as the chars like it unless you have a good reason not to like it....

Well... As I see it intelligence sure makes you learn quicker but that obstacle you can overcome by simply work harder. I do not see Intelligence as overpowered at all. But for the same given amount of time - a person with a maxed out intel will learn FAR MORE than a person without that maxed out i...

Currently here's how it works: Intelligence makes you learn faster Attributes are tagged onto your skill, giving you a bonus of sorts. So if your skill in smithing is X, the attributes will make the effective skill X+k - that's why crafters can make new things when they get a +dex day. - The proble...

It is only about skillgain you say. Well, if one is clever that person should learn faster as I see it. Think it is good as it is there. What maybe should be clearer is that good attributes makes the char use the skill in a better way. Maybe make the attributes more important than it is now instead ...

As I see it I feel it is kinda strange strength should be that important. Maybe when it comes to the damage dealt - there it should have a bit of importance. I think Strength should make the char being able to wear heavier armor without penalties in the movement and also carry things overall. Maybe ...

I say you take those words back Sir Marescot and let them all come in peace and speak for themself. We are not to create hostility but to prevent hostility. Consider your last parchment and think of the words we have spread to Trolls Bane and Silverbrand while they were at war. Talk - don't fight. Y...

Archbishop, you mention that we bluster you with words. As priest and Archbishop of Trollsbane you should know that words are maybe the most important way to spread religion and to lead a religious group - not to mention to study the Gods. Aha. Someone has a lot in dex I see. :P No, my motivations with removing dex are simple: Complaints regarding warriors who make their own stuff. As it currently stands, dexterity does (AFAIK) affect fighting quite a bit, the scale depending on the weapons at use. This means, that a fighter has ever...

Well... As I see it Dexterity should be part of fighting as well since I see it as the control of the body pretty much. Agility is the speed, reflexes and if the person can go into split and so on. Dexterity is how steady one is with the hands, the balance and the abilty to make the body to do whate...

Learning skills as a mage sucks awfully. Even with maximized int, training spells for ten inutes, then roleplaying for two, three or four hours, then training spells again before logging out just earns you one skillup in perhaps a month, if your skill gets past a certain level. And then you can't c...

If we don't want democracy in the game world - then countries like Salkamar should not exist. Salkamar is not democratic. It's not even a Republic. Hell, it's not even a contracted monarchy. It's a dictatorship like anywhere else in the gameworld with the exception that it has a tradition of welfar...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Representative_democracy Of course you are right. But the text also say that the Salkamaerian nobles are known as righteous leaders as well if I remember it correctly. And then add the fact that all people go to school in Salkamar and that the empire is known for sholar...
