Building rules

Who can build?

• The possibility to build is a privilege of offical groups and town goverments.

• "Group" means any kind of unions of single chars (guilds, clans, knight circles, bands of thiefs, families, orders brotherhood etc.).

• Condition is, that the group owns an active used topic on the Guild Board since at least 3 months. Furthermore the leader and the majority of the members should not be member of any other group too.

• Town goverments are the institutions of the citizens of Troll's Bane, Silverbrand, Varshikar, Greenbriar and Tol Vanima.

• Single players are not allowed to build or to buy an own building. But it is their right to raise their influence as citizens of towns and members of groups to can rent a room.

Where I can build?

• New building construction has to be placed in close near of ready existing ones inside the etablished towns and settlements. All needed agreements and contracts with town goverments and neighbours have to be announced in public (Guild Board or (RPG Board).

• Founding of new settlements is strictly limited and only happens special authorisation by the staff.

• The building place has to be agreed by the building master. It is not allowed to build in places related to quests. The entrance has to be free for all.

What I can build?

• In general nearly everything is possible. There are no overall limitations. But the size has to stay in good relation to the activity and importance of the settlement.

• Aesthetic and content mistakes within the plans will be rejected by the building master.

Building process

Your group wants zu build? All conditions are solved? You ready know where, in what town you want to build and you ready have first ideas about how it should look like?

• Write a message to the builder (only the link here) and explain your plan as much detailed as you can. The builder decides about how the plan can be realized.

• Be sure that you have the right to can build where you want. Usually it need an agreement of the local town leaders.

• The builder will send you a price list about all needed stuff to can place your house. Collect all listed wares, arrange a date with the builder and overhand all the wares.

• The builder will place the house. Usually that will happen within a week after the house is payed. To implement the new constructaion a mapupdate of the server is necessary, which happen regulary to the next weekend.
