Technics Legend We have thought about the things that should be integrated into Illarion in the past, but when a project runs over several years, people are joining and leaving the development team and many players contribute ideas, you can't have a strict planning. General - Both the server and client are programmed in C++
- The server runs in Linux
- The client runs only under Windows (98 and later)
- A Linux client is currently beeing developed
- The stadard size of pictures is 76x37 pixels
- Illarion only supports a 1024x768 resolution
- Music/ambient sound supported
- Installation is limited to copying into a folder
- Illarion runs in full screen mode only
- Spoken words are to be scanned for improper content. Users not living up to requirements will be muted
- We hope to implement lighting effects some time soon, So that you will see light cones from windows and doors for example
- The server will run in several different languages
