The Holy Land of Zzyathis was refounded as a homeland for the Lizardmen in Gobaith year 20 after several years of debate and planning by a coalition of Lizardmen led by Ssesseth "the Red One", Taliss Kazzxs so that there would be a place just for Lizards, where Zelphia could be worshipped in peace. It was reported by many that Zelphia herself made a divine manifestation of herself to assist them to build her Temple and the Canal.

The "Holy Land of Zzyathis" is located in the Eastern portion of Gobaith, and it includes the peninsula with the Eastern woods, the scattering of islands in the Hug of Sirani, and the watery depths to the east of the island itself.

- A watchtower guards the bridge crossing the canal and can be closed in times of need.
- The Holy Temple of Zzyathis rises from the ocean water at the southeastern end of the peninsula.
- There are plans for a workshop, farm, and other buildings.
