There are many monsters of various difficulties around Gobaith, some hostile and some docile. They are scattered across the land and each wield different weapons and can drop them as well. The harder a monster is, the more skilled you will need to be to fight it, and the better equipment you will need, but also the more skilled you become from fighting it and the higher worth of the items it drops as loot.

Not much is known but rumours tell that once in the past they betrayed her and a mighty curse has been spoken upon them letting them return after death not to find eternal peace. With enviousness they look upon the mortals and in their despair attack them when ever they meet them. The necromancer red skeleton is the hardest of all demon skeletons. Its magic attacks are extremely powerful; their purple flames able to defeat most warriors in two hits. They are also able to summon skeletons, both fighter and mage, and teleport. This makes them a highly formidable enemy, usually only defeatable with mage assistance and a good strategy. Despite their ability against fighters, a master mage can defeat one in a few seconds flat. There is only one necromancer on Gobaith, in the Graveyard on its own in a room covered in treasure chests. It drops rare items.

The origin of the demons is far from this world. They came as servants of Madrook Na'han, seemingly invincible monsters prepared to conquer Illarion. Only with the help of the gods were they destroyed in the Great Battle but some of them escaped and since hide in the deepest caves hoping that an adventurer enters their lair.
