Learning Cap ?

~ My char is maxed in parry, dodge, tactics, & concussion. So why if i'm using maces do I still get the learning cap headache? If anyone knows...

Clearly one of the skills you mentioned isn't capped then. Doesn't happen with my bro's chars - but then it may be a bug I don't know about.

Maxed herblore gives still a "headache" when searching herbs.

Correct you can still reach your learning cap using maxed skills.

Luckily the learning cap has already been removed/replaced on the testserver, so that bug will be gone.
