First of all you have no right to decide yourself whether there must be a trial or not and who the prosecutor will be. And who is the one charging you with a crime? You can't hold a trial if you don't have a party to prosecute you, you know. I never accused you of murder and I haven't agreed to a trial yet as indicated in other posts, so I don't know who you're trial will be against.
Why don't you just answer to the other accusations that I've made in the orignal topic and the magical image?

Dylcuk... You can represent the People of Illarion as the prosecution. I beleive you have enough evidence to find him guilty. However we would need a punsihment if sean-san is guilty example... he could be an exile

Nope I have not agreed to a trial as indicated in my other post. Please go and read all posts about this case before you make any more assuming statements. (and its your own fault for starting so many different topics on this case and making it so confusing to follow)
You can't punish someone for their opinion that you are guilty because if you could, then hundreds of people will be punished. As for any physical damage go seek compensation from the people that killed you without proof of you beign the murderer.
