Beauty Contest

A few parchments appear around Trolls Bane including in some of the buildings. Some find their way to the harbor and even Tol Vanima.

There is plenty of time to preen and get ready for Trolls Bane's first beauty contest. Prizes can be anywhere from a month in a mountain resort, down to 15 silver for third place. There will be different categories that will be judged but only three prizes for all, so be prepared!

Flawless legs ( and be prepared to show a little leg to be judged properly )


More writing is possibly reluctantly added to the original shown by the rather sloppy handwriting

Feet with and without hair
Teeth and tusks

Another smaller parchment sits on the table at Eliza's
Independent judges volunteering their time to watch the beautiful figures of the contestants are welcomed to sign their availability. Must be familiar with the shape of a good figure, face, hands and legs. The artistically inclined are preferred.

Someone has nailed a smal parchment underneath, in clean and somewhat calligraphic handwriting.


You forgot the greenest skin tone and the shiniest tusks, the hairiest feet, the shiniest scales and the pointiest ears.
As well as the longest beard and thickest thigh hair, of course.

Kyre flicks her hand at a number of parchments, others may neglect to receive the updated changes as she mutters with a frown ..

I refuse to add thickest thigh hair.



Taking the unsigned parchment recently added, she places it in a prominent area of Trolls Bane with red lettering added to it.
I expect compensation for the changes in the contest anonymous.. be a judge!

The next note, written in the same handwriting, reads :

Beer is free of charge for the one with the rainbow gemstones in their depot...and I have added you as judge. Expect another parchment closer to the time of the contest.

More parchments grace the shops and boards of Trolls Bane including a few at the harbor.

Another judge is added to the beauty contest but surely we have more contestants...there are so few that think they will win?

Husbands, boyfriends, mates, friends...encourage the one you know would win to apply. Applications are free and can be left here or sent to Kyre. The date for the contest is still to be announced.

*A gaunt, half naked man with a goatee scrawls a few large words across the parchments.. is it in blood..?*

I'd apply, but it wouldn't be a contest then.

A halfling stops to look at the parchments as a finger reaches to underline one category while her rather large hand slides down all of them unknowingly adding a few smears to the latest in it's own ink..is it blood? Inquisitive eyes gaze down to look at her large hairy feet before giggling...

I could win this!

Searching in bag, belt and in all her pockets, she produces no pen nor parchment managing simply to get some kind of red coloring all over her clothes before walking away in disgust.

Well.. maybe another time.


A few hours later the witch stops to peer at the latest parchment obviously unable to read the smears clearly.

The category of exceptional hands has been removed from the judging and Tirrend is added as a contestant.
